About the role
- You will be a critical part of our hardware engineering process, responsible for assembling the physical components of our diagnostic systems.
- This role requires exceptional precision, an ability to interpret complex technical instructions, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- You will work closely with our engineering teams to iterate on prototypes, improve assembly workflows, and ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability for our enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities
- Partner tightly with the hardware and R&D engineering teams to ensure accurate, timely build cycles and smooth transitions from prototype to production.
- Provide actionable feedback to engineering to enhance product quality and design for manufacturability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure R&D workspace, strictly adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner tightly with the hardware and R&D engineering teams to ensure accurate, timely build cycles and smooth transitions from prototype to production.
- Quality & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly issues on the floor. Provide actionable feedback to engineering to enhance product quality and design for manufacturability.
- Lab Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure R&D workspace, strictly adhering to safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardware assembly, manufacturing, or a similar technical R&D role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to closely follow technical schematics, documentation, and rigorous procedural instructions.
Skills
- Actively evaluate and refine assembly processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing precision.
