About the role

  • This is not a traditional sourcing role.
  • We are looking for a builder with strong technical grounding, a genuine passion for the craft of sourcing, and the ability to operate with creativity and precision in an environment where constant change and ambiguity is the norm.
  • Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels

Responsibilities

  • Use a wide range of sourcing strategies, including advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach, to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Build and refine your own tooling and workflows, leveraging AI to automate repetitive work and spend more of your time on high-judgment sourcing
  • Track and analyze pipeline data to drive continuous optimization and improvements in sourcing approaches
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand technical requirements and calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a small team of technical sourcers focused on identifying exceptional Engineering talent across infrastructure, software engineering and specialized technical roles.
  • Sourcing Innovation: Design creative, non-traditional strategies to engage passive technical talent and build robust, diverse pipelines for critical roles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of extensive technical recruiting/sourcing experience, including proficiency with ATS (Ashby) and CRM systems (Linkedin Recruiter, GEM, Juicebox, etc.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, data center operations, AI/ML, or developer-focused companies
  • Exposure to early-stage or hypergrowth environments (Seed through Series D )
  • Experience supporting headcount planning and working within structured hiring processes
  • Experience using AI tools to automate recruiting workflows
