About the role
- This role is responsible for managing facilities, vendors, leases, workplace security, office operations, and compliance across multiple locations.
- As a growing startup, no two days are the same-you'll need to be comfortable traveling between offices, solving unexpected issues, and continuously improving how we operate.
Responsibilities
- Manage office furniture, equipment, storage, and physical assets.
- Manage office leases, renewals, expansions, and landlord relationships.
- Own relationships with building management and service providers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, office management, or corporate real estate.
- Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships.
- Experience managing office budgets and operating expenses.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and facilities compliance requirements.
- You have exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple office locations.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using workplace management software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with physical security systems, badging platforms, and access control.
- Experience partnering with IT and Security teams on workplace initiatives.
