  • We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our team.
  • This is a high-ownership, high-activity role with real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sourcing funnels that are organized, warm, and consistently full
  • Track response rates, test messaging variations, and continuously optimize what works
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment, and own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to close
  • Help manage our external hiring presence, job listings, social content, and job site profiles to attract world-class talent
  • You will drive a full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing.

Requirements

  • Outbound mindset: You enjoy prospecting, following up persistently, and hitting targets without waiting for perfect direction
  • you know how to get responses from busy, in-demand people

Nice to have

  • 3 + years of sourcing experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a startup or staffing agency

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to get responses from busy, in-demand people

Compensation

  • $120k-$160k
