About the role
- Carpenter Technology Corporation is a leading producer and distributor of premium specialty alloys, including titanium alloys, nickel and cobalt based superalloys, stainless steels, alloy steels and tool steels.
- Responsible for driving integrated performance across multiple business units and ensuring alignment across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial outcomes within a large-scale industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance across GM-led business units
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and cost management
- Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement
- Develop leadership bench strength and succession plans
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders
