Responsibilities

  • Secure Messaging Support: Provide secure messaging to ensure appointment information is shared accurately and efficiently.
  • In this role, you will verify eligibility, manage appointment requests, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • It is our collective purpose to support the Tribe and diversify the NVE's ability to facilitate economic advancement.

Requirements

  • Proof of US Citizenship is required
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:

Nice to have

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and other software programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain clearance to access the CSMHS military installation and be issued a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats with staff, patients, and providers.
  • Relevant military experience is a plus and can be substituted for certain requirements.

Compensation

  • $21.78 per hour.

  • Proactively make outbound calls to schedule specialty care appointments, preventative health visits, and surgery reminders for beneficiaries.
  • Work with other Puget Sound Military Health System (PSMHS) Military Treatment Facilities to meet the needs of beneficiaries within TRICARE access standards.
