Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction that combines foundational music business principles with current industry practices.
- Maintain active engagement with the music industry to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
- Advance the student experience and support the work of the Department, Division, and College.

Requirements
- Familiarity with current industry trends, including streaming, digital marketing, creator economy business models, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in music business, business, marketing, communications, business administration, law, education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-years of college-level teaching experience.
- Significant professional experience working across multiple sectors of the music industry.
- Broad knowledge of the contemporary music business, including multiple areas such as record label operations, music publishing, artist management, music marketing, distribution, rights administration, live entertainment, and emerging business models.
- Established professional network within the music and entertainment industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Student-centered approach to teaching and mentorship.
