Responsibilities

  • Document and track attendance for data-driven decision-making and funder reporting
  • Support persistence efforts by making phone calls and documenting students who are not attending
  • Follow up with caregivers if individual 1-on-1 support is needed
  • Support recruitment efforts (i.e., recruiting at in-person events in the community, catalog distribution, distributing branded giveaways to students who refer new students, responding to all student & stakeholder inquires, recruiting in group homes, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in administrating zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google is required.
  • Status: Part-time, 19 hours/week - applicants must be available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:00 pm-8:30 pm beginning July 2026.
  • The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, stellar interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as experience working in post-secondary and/or day habilitation programs that serve students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Nice to have

  • Part-time, 19 hours/week - applicants must be available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:00 pm-8:30 pm beginning July 2026.
  • Additional availability during office hours a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

  • Minimum - Maximum: $40.45 per hour
