About the role

- Must reside within 1 hour of the Welsh Powerplant
- Troubleshoot, analyze and correct problems with assigned plant system.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the various functions and work activities of employees assigned to support the respective system.
- Implement and assist with process improvement projects and/or related programs.

Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's degree from ABET accredited school with equivalent experience
- or other Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
- or Associate's degree with equivalent experience
- With an ABET accredited Engineering Bachelor's degree, three (3) years of relevant plant experience
- or with any other Bachelor's degree, five (5) years of relevant plant experience
- or, with an Associate's degree, seven (7) years of relevant plant experience
- Must have the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Must be able to write reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to communicate clearly to craft and management personnel.
- Must have organizational skills necessary to maintain files and documentation related to position.
Compensation
- $74,551.00 - $93,188.50
