About the role

  • Position Maintenance Supervisor (Industrial Solutions) Location Hendersonville, NC This position will be based at the BorgWarner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility in Hendersonville, NC.
  • We're now expanding into the high-growth data center market, providing advanced power generation systems for AI-driven data centers and microgrid applications.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates effective utilization and operation of facility support systems (example - air compressors, vacuum pumps, sprinklers, chillers, etc.).
  • Promotes and supports a teamwork approach to achieving safety, quality and production goals throughout the facility.
  • Leads, motivates, and develops employees.
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
  • Maintain quality standards by following proper inspection procedures.

Requirements

  • Requires at least 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or other related area at a manufacturing facility.
  • Must have strong technical skills.
  • Knowledge of the National Electric Code, OSHA regulations, construction and building codes are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) is required.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, safety rules and regulations.
  • this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Familiarity with 5S is a plus.

Compensation

  • $92,800 - $127,600
  • Competitive annual incentive program tied to business results
