Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail
Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
Must be 18 years old or older
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely

Opportunity Overview
We are in search of an Assistant Store Manager to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States.
This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations in the store are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store.
This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and are an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager.
The position reports to & receive functional guidance from the Store Manager.
