Responsibilities
- It is also one of the global independent market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, CDMO, advanced material sciences and in the support of clinical studies.
- To lead and expand a Eurofins Rapid Microbiology Business Unit in DesMoines, IAb.
- This candidate will build a positive work environment that drives teamwork and collaboration to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop the local strategy to grow the business.
- Lead / take part in the marketing and sales process and ensure that the relations with the clients are good and efficient.
- Attend and lead meetings with key clients, at all levels, and develop an in-depth knowledge of customer requirements through regular meetings.
- Support compliance of ISO/IEC 17025:2005
- Hire, motivate, develop and retain excellent Leaders and employees.
- Implement the strategy as agreed with the representative of your shareholder.
- Report on any deviations to deliver agreed upon results to your shareholders.
Requirements
- Follow up as appropriate and become hands on if required to ensure achievement of goals.
- Develop strategies, and a business plan to achieve and/or expand market leadership in the the Grain industry while reaching and/or maintaining the required level of profitability.
