  • ADO Admin - Associate (IT Operations | Program Delivery | Data Quality and Release Management)

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access, permissions, and security groups in alignment with governance standards
  • Configure and maintain work item types, fields, workflows, and templates to support traceability and delivery consistency
  • Support artifact linkage configuration (epics, features, stories, test cases, defects, releases)
  • Support PMO and delivery teams with ADO usage, troubleshooting, and operational questions
  • Partner with Data Quality, PMO, and Delivery leads to support traceability and quality management requirements
