About the role

Reporting to Senior Engineer Supervisor, Process, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within Elkview Operations processing facilities at EVR.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, who has strong learning agility, and analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, cross-functional team player who brings a collaborative approach to finding solutions.

This critical role provides key operation and design support for electrical infrastructure, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
This role will be located on site and will require a blend of office work and field support.

Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment are crucial to this role.

$91,300 - $126,800 CAD /year For applicants registered as an EIT or GIT, annual base salary will be determined by EVR's formal progression matrix based on verified relevant years of experience.
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
