- The Senior Engineering Manager leads our Data Platform team at Root.
Responsibilities
- In this critical role, you'll lead a team of data engineers focused on maintaining our data pipelines, data orchestration, and advanced analytics and data science capabilities.
- You will partner across all business units and functions to set and execute against Root's foundational data strategy.

Compensation
- $182,000 - $231,000 (Eligible for Competitive Bonus & Equity Offering) Root is a "work where it works best" company.
