Employer immigration record

Files H-1B transfers

8 transfer filings in the last year, covering 8 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • Kikoff is preparing to become a public company, and the accounting foundation for that is still being built.
  • Most accounting managers have to pick a track.
  • They either run the close or work on technical accounting and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

  • With record revenue growth in 2025 and a unicorn valuation, we've built a suite of products that help millions of people build credit, access liquidity, and save money.
  • Join us if you want to build something meaningful and help millions of people move forward financially.
  • We value extreme ownership, clear communication, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and the desire to create lasting work and work relationships.
  • You'll own everything outside of revenue, from the vendor invoice to the cap table.
  • You'll lead a growing team, turn a manual, multi-entity close into one that's fast, predictable, and audit-ready, and help build the SEC reporting process we'll need as a public company.
  • You'll own the day-to-day operations, and you'll also work directly with the US Controller and our Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting on share-based compensation, EPS, segment reporting, and our first SEC filings.
  • If you were the person who fixed the close at your last company and you'd like to build it right from the start this time, we'd like to talk.
  • Get us public-company ready. Build the systems, close automation, controls, and SEC reporting processes a company needs before an IPO.
  • SEC reporting: Partner with our Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting on the financial statements, and footnotes. Learn SEC reporting from the inside while bringing the operational rigor that makes the filings accurate.
  • Build technical depth.
