About the role

The Demand Planner will take an active part in implementing a common Operations Planning and Control Framework for JBT Marel, based on best practices.

Travel & Location: You will be on site at our Gainesville, GA facility.

Maintain a total overview of the open orders within the industry and what phase they are in, mix demand input into the Master Schedule
Translate the sales forecast in EUR's into a demand in hours building up the demand pipeline
Participate in drafting demand-capacity scenarios for Sales (lead times, revenues and resources)
JBT Marel uses technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support the review of applications.

Excellent communication skills
Process oriented
Knowledge of ERP, OP&C, Master Production Scheduling, Demand management and Forecasting
Knowledge of order to cash processes
Open to share knowledge and adopt best practices with colleagues across JBT Marel
Self-starting and operate in a planned/structured way and active in setting and achieving goals
Continuous improvement mindset, able to think outside the box
Eagerness to understand the end products and services of the Industry
