Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of compl ex contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, and other business agreements under time constraints and unequal bargaining positions.
- Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes, including providing legal analysis, negotiation support, and advising on dispute resolution strategies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications laws and regulations in the USA and Canada.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of legal experience with a focus on contract negotiation in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Education & Experience:
- Estimated base salary range: $112,800 - $173,600 USD/annually.
- The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
- Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
- The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.

Compensation
- $112,800 - $173,600 USD/annually.
