About the role
- We're looking for an Ironworker that will be responsible for erecting and assembling structural and miscellaneous steel for buildings, bridges, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), and other construction projects.
- This role works side-by-side with skilled tradespeople and the project foreman to interpret blueprints, handle heavy materials, and ensure every piece is placed with precision.
- The position requires a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain situational awareness to identify and address unsafe conditions immediately.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of an Ironworker Apprenticeship Program or equivalent vocational training.
- 5 or more years of ironworking or related construction experience, with strong background in structural steel erection.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, rigging tools, and welding apparatus.
- Flexibility to travel to job sites in the Gulf Coast, Nashville, and Huntsville regions.
- Eligible for a TWIC card.
- Reliable transportation.

- Use rigging gear, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
