This role reports directly to the company's senior leadership team.

Develop and enact product roadmap to bring fully autonomous driving technologies to market.
Develop insights from operation data, real-world performance and simulation to drive work prioritization, continuous improvement, and system robustness
Develop strategies for new ODD expansion and fleet scale-up, balance user experience, operational efficiency and scalability with feature development timing and cost
Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for system level AV features and behaviors, especially related to new ODD expansion and operation efficiency and scalability
Own end-to-end delivery of AV features from feature design to validation by closely collaborating with engineering and systems teams
Work with engineering tech leads to set up development priorities and quarterly plan for execution
Support product verification & validation, safety case development, and regulatory approval processes
Function as a lead individual contributor at the beginning, build up the PMT team as business needs grow

Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package.
For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $171,000 - $232,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped.
Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills.
In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
