About the role
- Execute supplier registration processes, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within defined service levels and quality standards
- Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable, stakeholders, and suppliers
Responsibilities
- As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will support the end-to-end procure-to-pay process and partner closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing and payment workflows.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes and tools
- Maintain procurement systems and tools, including punchout catalogs and third-party ordering sites, ensuring data integrity and timely updates
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Requirements
- High school diploma + 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management including 1 year of experience executing the procure-to-pay process and using related systems
- Knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and procure-to-pay workflows
- Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as Workday or other e-procurement tools
