About the role
- The primary work schedule is M-F, day shift, with flexibility to work early/ late shift, short-notice overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervisory experience & working-knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems Solid understanding of electrical code and regulations Strong leadership & problem-solver with ability to positively influence and drive team's performance Self-directed; able to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various levels;
Nice to have
- Associates degree (preferred / not required) Mechanical or Electrical coursework / certificate (preferred)
- Exercise a willingness to assist with troubleshooting, repairs & PM's
Skills
- The position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Compensation
- $35k-$40k
