Responsibilities
- Scope and lead AI-driven strategic projects across growth and case automation workstreams
- Partner with product, engineering, and SMEs to identify and prioritize high-leverage automation opportunities
- Build the analytical and operational frameworks that help the team measure what's working
- Drive cross-functional alignment on initiatives that don't fit neatly into a single team's roadmap
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or product - or some combination
- you can write a crisp memo, run a stakeholder meeting, and present to leadership without needing a lot of scaffolding
- Comfort in a fast-moving, low-process environment where you define the work as much as you execute it
