Technical Operations Perform technical tasks such as machining, fabrication, and assembly with minimal supervision.
Operate and maintain specialized tools, equipment, and machinery, including CNC machines.
Assist in the design and development of components and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintenance and Repairs Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
Document maintenance activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects and resolve technical challenges.
Collaborate with a passionate team of engineers and scientists, united by a shared drive to excel and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical coursework or certifications required.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or machining, with demonstrated expertise in machining processes.
Advanced knowledge of CNC machining, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting for both simple and complex parts.
Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with quality and DoD standards.
Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations, including DoD contractor requirements.
Employees may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.
This position requires a solid foundation of technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to work independently on routine assignments and contribute to more complex projects under general supervision.
The applicant must be capable of making own set-ups on simple easy to machine parts to single one-of-a-kind complex prototypes on a variety of materials.

Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software or technical drawings, with the ability to make minor modifications to designs.
Familiarity with automated systems, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
Work Environment/Conditions: Work is performed in industrial, manufacturing, or climate-controlled environments.
Requires standing, sitting, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and performing repetitive hand and wrist movements.
Exposure to noise, heat, and other environmental factors typical of technical trades work.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided.
