- 7-15+ years in contract manufacturing sales
- Direct experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding required
- Experience in machining environments is a strong plus

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and production constraints Candidates without direct contract manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Compensation
- $70,000-130,000 Commission Bonus: $0-300,000 per year Competitive base salary plus performance based incentive Uncapped commission tied to OEM revenue growth Clear path to expanded commercial leadership as OEM footprint scales
