About the role

AIM is currently seeking a Loader Operator for its Montréal‑Est site, working a Friday‑to‑Sunday schedule from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
You will be responsible for loading and handling various materials using heavy equipment, as well as weighing incoming and outgoing materials in the yard.

Perform any other related tasks.

You have a DEP in heavy machinery operation or 1 to 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment;
You hold a valid competency card for operating heavy machinery;
You have a valid Class 5 driver's license;
You are safety-conscious and committed to health and safety standards;
You are able to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
You have strong communication skills;
You are able to work effectively as part of a team;
