About the role

Responsibilities
- We are a fusion power company based in Everett, WA, with the mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, enabling a future with unlimited clean electricity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution, inventory management, material flow, warehouse operations, and production support
- You will work at the intersection of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Factory Automation, and Software Engineering to solve complex operational problems that directly impact Helion's ability to scale.
Skills
- 12+ years designing, implementing, or improving manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or operational systems
- Demonstrated success solving complex operational challenges through process, systems, and technology integration
