About the role

  • Work at the front desk as a receptionist and supervises the other receptionists in their duties.
  • Act as an assistant to the Director as help is needed.
  • In charge of all the proofing for the print department.

Responsibilities

  • Create print job estimates and plans based on customer needs
  • Makes daily checks on job progress and meets three times a week with the production foreman to maintain delivery schedules

Requirements

  • Two (2) years experience in an office setting

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design or related field, plus one (1) year of professional graphic design experience or office experience

Compensation

  • The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors.
