Responsibilities
- Collaborates with primary care physicians, psychologists, social workers, counselors, psychiatric nurses, pharmacists and other professionals to convey recommendations, treatment plans, and progress.
- Designs individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments.
Requirements
- Movement around the facility between 1/3 and 2/3rds of the day is required, as well as sitting at a workstation or patient rooms.
- Communicating is required over 2/3rds of the day.
- Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally is required.
- Education/Experience: Valid state licensure as ARNP, MD, or DO with board-certified psychiatric credentials and prescribing privileges.
Nice to have
- Two years of clinical practice with underserved populations preferred.

- Must be able to secure credentialing through identified agencies (Medicare, Medicaid).

Compensation
- $121,000.00 - $188,514.00
