About the role

Applied Controls, a SunSource company, is a high-tech automation distributor and solutions provider.
Our offerings range from industrial computers and software, Robotics, Machine Vision, and Motion Control.
These automated systems projects are primarily focused on robotics and industrial vision systems.

Develop hardware delivery timelines to monitor and track progress, across multiple projects.
Manage hardware changes, costs, and effects on build scheduling.
Create and maintain comprehensive project hardware documentation.
We educate and support local manufacturers in implementing emerging technologies to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve safety.
Receiving inbound shipments and staging hardware for projects while assisting with simple assembly to streamline the build process.
Strong willingness to learn new hardware and software as the company continues to build its hardware portfolio.

Occasional lifting of objects under 40lbs.

Regular standing and walking including up to full days on foot.
Occasional travel to customer sites within the mid-Atlantic region.
Occasional overnight and travel outside of the region.

Coordinate hardware procurement to deliver successful projects to our customers.
Collaborate and manage relationships with internal resources, vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
