- Instruction & Curriculum Teach assigned classes per Board policies using Canvas LMS for all non-lab portions.
- Recommend budgetary items and assist in textbook and library material selection.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required)
- Ability to teach both classroom and lab/shop environments
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 43, 65, 147, etc.)
- High school diploma or associate degree

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, taste and smell.
- The employee is frequently required to sit.
Nice to have
- Inspection Authorization (IA)
- Prior teaching or instructional experience
- Experience with modern avionics / glass cockpit systems
- Curriculum development or LMS experience
