Search Strategy & Client Support: Partner with clients and recruiters to develop search strategies, provide market intelligence, and support search deliverables.
Recruiting Content & Documentation: Develop and maintain sourcing strategies, job descriptions, interview scorecards, and other recruiting resources and search documentation.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records, organized pipelines, and a clean Applicant Tracking System while tracking recruiting activity and pipeline metrics.
As an Talent Researcher & Sourcer, you'll partner with experienced recruiters and clients to identify, research, and engage top professionals using market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies, and thoughtful outreach.
Partner with clients and recruiters to develop search strategies, provide market intelligence, and support search deliverables.
Develop and maintain sourcing strategies, job descriptions, interview scorecards, and other recruiting resources and search documentation.

Market Research & Intelligence: Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping, and perform market research including salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and hiring trends.
