About the role
- Experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong technical pricing skills with knowledge of exposure-based pricing, experience modelling, catastrophe modelling and stochastic simulation techniques.
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS ACAS designation highly desired but relevant work experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develops new business processes or comprehensive analytic efforts.
- Initiates project design within system constraints and demonstrates an understanding of dependencies.
- Ensures that the work product supports business growth and profitability.
- Maintains a positive work climate and fosters motivation and engagement.
- Performs at the level of a subject matter expert and a team lead for a functional area (e.g. regulatory/filings, corporate including reserving, systems administrator, pricing, ratemaking).

- Thorough knowledge of actuarial models and ability to assess results.
- Thorough knowledge of broad segments of ICW systems and related business areas.
- Experience managing multiple projects and resources.
- Ability to work independently in deriving solutions to new business problems.
- Comfortable and competent in client interaction settings.
Compensation
- If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate, including experience, education and the location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
