Responsibilities
- Manage team tasks and help ensure proper, timely completion.
- Build relationships with various departments to foster strong cross-team collaboration.
- Help develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Pattern.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams requiring inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience building out roadmaps, trackers, and strategic plans to keep cross-functional creative projects organized and on track.
- Building in test-and-learn cycles into content planning
- Consistently delivers all assignments on schedule and with attention to quality.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity/experience with Asana or other equivalent project management software.
- Experience with AI tools for workflow automation, asset QA, or creative ideation.
- Operates with a high degree of autonomy, taking complete ownership of projects and ensuring successful completion.
Compensation
- Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
