Responsibilities

Manages own workload and occasionally provides informal guidance to colleagues with less experience.
Negotiate and draft legal documents.
Direct, manage and supervise outside counsel.
Develop and interact with key outside contacts.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree.
Ability to present oneself and interact with others in a manner that inspires trust and invites consultation.
Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with others.
Participates in discussions and shares information and expertise with others.

Compensation

may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
$99,800.00 - $149,700.00
In addition to your base pay, your position may be eligible for an annual incentive (bonus) plan.
