Responsibilities
- be a thought leader on UX Strategy while also owning mockups, designs, and prototypes for individual features and initiatives.
- What You'll Own and Do
- Maintain and expand a comprehensive design system for Clozd including styles, components, information architecture, and user flows.
- Ensure that our design system allows our team to scale quickly while maintaining consistency across our platform and new products.
- Conduct primary and secondary research (e.g., usability tests, customer interviews, design reviews) to inform every stage of the design and product development lifecycle.
- Know everything about key product and design trends in our industry and competitive landscape.
- Clozd delivers the missing truth layer-giving executives the insights they need to improve win rates, retention, and growth.
- As a senior designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience and design system at Clozd.
