Responsibilities

  • Owning the curriculum product: manage session guides, slides, and help docs from draft through shipping to the live system across multiple programs at once.
  • Building your own AI-powered automations and workflows to move faster: Notion task boards, n8n flows, AI agents in Claude Code. If a workflow is manual, you automate it.
  • Leland is building the home for ambition in the age of AI.
  • You'll own the operational machine that makes our AI Builder Program https://ai.joinleland.com/ + other AI offerings best-in-class.

Requirements

  • Entry-level through mid-level; 2 to 5 years of professional experience in product management, operations, education, AI, or project management
  • AI-native operator who actively creates their own automations and uses AI tools to get leverage; not just a user, but a builder

Skills

  • Notion, project tracking, sequencing complex work, managing stakeholders effectively
  • Clear, confident writing: you can draft student-facing copy that sounds like a human, not a corporate blast
  • Available full-time, in-person in the Lehi office (in-person every weekday)
  • Your identity:
