Responsibilities
- Owning the curriculum product: manage session guides, slides, and help docs from draft through shipping to the live system across multiple programs at once.
- Building your own AI-powered automations and workflows to move faster: Notion task boards, n8n flows, AI agents in Claude Code. If a workflow is manual, you automate it.
Requirements
- Clear, confident writing: you can draft student-facing copy that sounds like a human, not a corporate blast
- Entry-level through mid-level; 2 to 5 years of professional experience in product management, operations, education, AI, or project management
- AI-native operator who actively creates their own automations and uses AI tools to get leverage; not just a user, but a builder
Skills
- Available full-time, in-person in the Lehi office (in-person every weekday)
- High-agency owner who sees a problem and fixes it without waiting for permission
- Scrappy and gritty, not afraid to do the unglamorous work required to ship a great cohort
- Clear thinker who can prioritize the right things and defend those priorities
