Responsibilities
- Support the development of standardized operating models, governance structures, workflows, performance metrics, and implementation playbooks across Jefferson's acute care footprint.
- Use data-driven performance improvement methodologies to assess root causes, evaluate variation, prioritize opportunities, and support sustainable solution design.
- Lead cross-functional teams and working groups to support complex acute care transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience working with enterprise, regional, and facility-level teams to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, project management, change management, or other formal performance improvement methodologies.
- Physical Demands
- Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
