Responsibilities
- Lead 3-6 month implementations for new customers, including onboarding, requirements gathering, workflow design, and go-live.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across municipal teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong project manager with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Strong problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and develop creative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or a similarly client-facing role involving complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
