About the role
- This position will report to our Manager, Engineering (Change Events) and is based in our Austin, TX office.
- Our headquarters is located on the bluffs above the Pacific Ocean in Carpinteria, CA, with growing offices worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Own and lead critical projects within the Procore Construction Financials division
- Deliver high impact, scalable, and performant features to meet customer needs
- Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems
- We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.
- You'll own and lead critical new projects, improve our frontend architecture, mentor and develop junior engineers, and contribute to enhancing Procore's engineering ecosystem.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming fundamentals, Test Driven Development and Design principles
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
- Experience with contributing to and maintaining shared libraries
- Proven expertise with modern web development including development, testing, staging, deploying, and monitoring
Nice to have
- Strong experience with React or equivalent client-side frameworks and TypeScript

- 140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD Annual
- This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
