- Manage employee pass distribution and deactivation upon termination
Requirements
- 1 year of administration, HR, or supervisory experience
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
- ability to respond to management direction
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, proficiency with HRIS system or ability to learn organization's HRIS system (Workday)
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
- Ability to walk and navigate stairs in snowy, slippery conditions
Compensation
- The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high ends of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position.
