About the role
- DGA is a 175-person architecture firm with offices in Mountain View, Sacramento, San Diego and San Francisco.
- Our San Francisco office is a fast-paced hub (do we want to tell them that SF is about 40 people) that requires a unique hybrid of high-level administrative precision and proactive office hospitality.
- This isn't a "sit-and-wait" reception role.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and formatting of AIA Contract Documents, letters of agreement, and complex spreadsheets.
- Supporting the lifecycle of architecture projects by assisting with construction s documents, letter writing and reprographic orders.
- Serving as the primary contact for property management and building maintenance to ensure the facility is operating at peak efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative experience (A/E/C industry experience is a significant advantage).
- You are detail-oriented, self-aware, and possess the "hospitality heart" required to keep a physical office running smoothly.
Nice to have
- Powerful experience with Bluebeam and Deltek Ajera, AIA Contract Documents preferred,
Compensation
- At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 commensurate with qualifications
