About the role
- We're hiring a People Team Solutions Enablement Analyst to be the technical and operational backbone of the People function.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and People Team executives to provide customized workforce insights (covering metrics like performance, pay, turnover, and staffing) to aid in strategic planning and operational business reviews.
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor) to ensure seamless candidate pipeline data integration.
- Manage system integrations, data feeds, and technical audits to maximize data integrity and accuracy.
- Partner with IT and external vendors on system upgrades, implementations, and issue resolution.
- Document configurations, workflows, and system processes to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
