Responsibilities
- Collects and documents assessment data from patients and/or others per UAMS standard. Develops patient's Plan of Care (POC) per department/unit standards utilizing assessment data.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, executive leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Acts as a resource/support to others in the performance of duties. Demonstrates a commitment to the personal and professional development of other UAMS employees.
- Maintains clinical competencies specific to area of practice/ responsibility.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Master's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
- Current and valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas
- Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, strong work ethic and accountability
Nice to have
- 2 or more years of Registered Nurse experience
