Job Description: Job Title: Graduate Assistant, Athletic Development Division: Athletics & University Advancement Department: Athletic Development Reports to: Dr.
Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change and new ones may be assigned at any time, with or without notice.

Create and manage content to be used for Athletics Phon-a-thon and Thank-o-thon calling throughout the year
Work as a liaison with Club, Recreation and Intramural Sports to help drive participation and fundraising success on GivingTuesday and STAGiving Day

Enrolled in a Graduate Degree program
Past experience in collegiate athletics at the Division I, II, or III level (Varsity or Club level)
Must be available for work on nights and weekends
Must be able to work with confidential information on alumni, parents and other donors
Graduate Assistant Performs such other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by supervisor and as departmental/University needs indicate.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Interested in working Sports and Development

$12,000 stipend, 18 graduate credit hours per year
Work with Assistant Director of Athletic Annual Giving & Events, Friends of Athletics Groups, and head coaches to support the planning & staffing of athletic development events
Assisting with all aspects of the annual giving program, creation, development, and implementation of fundraising events, emails, follow-ups.
