About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
  • Support patients in understanding their diagnoses and building insight for long-term recovery
  • Clinical Supervision - Ongoing professional support to help you grow in your career
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Confidential support for life's challenges, available when you need it

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Experience with - or genuine interest in working with - both adults and adolescents

Nice to have

  • EMDR certification or active EMDR training

Compensation

  • Clinicians with consistent group census and strong engagement routinely bring total compensation to $80,000-$100,000+.
  • We believe you should understand how you'll earn before you apply - here's how it works: your base covers individual sessions and core clinical duties; the incentive layer rewards group facilitation and patient retention.
