Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check Ability to react quickly to a changing environment Advanced ability to respond to security breaches and threats.

  • Validate strict compliance with security standards.
  • Emphasis on interaction with affinity participants such as local, state police, and DHS.
  • Ensure high standards of conduct/zero tolerance for non-professional behavior.
  • Effective and transparent employee discipline procedures.
  • High touchpoints between and among contract employees, client management, and company managers.
  • Preparedness planning for effective response to potential crises.
  • Provide high level customer service to clients through daily interaction with students, staff, faculty and visitors.
