This position serves as the leader on duty in the absence of a manager by providing direction, answering questions, resolving routine operational issues, and ensuring daily standards are consistently executed.

Delegate daily responsibilities and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

The Market Team Lead supports the daily operation of the Market by leading the team on the floor, ensuring exceptional member service, maintaining merchandising and food safety standards, and coaching team members to deliver a consistent East Bank Club experience.
The Market Team Lead works alongside the team while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment and helping develop future Market Clerks through ongoing coaching, training, and support.
Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as necessary.
Ability to work in refrigerated environments for short periods.
Ability to operate retail and food service equipment safely.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Minimum one year of retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience required.
Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make sound decisions independently within established guidelines.
