- Our service area covers 64 counties and more than 500 communities including the greater St.
- Consideration will also be given to military experience, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Five or more years of relevant experience is required.
- Ability to make effective decisions, plan and prioritize, and delegation.
- Proficiency with personal computer applications.
- Ability to be a team player and foster a team environment.
- Ability to think critically, adapt quickly and provide innovative solutions to challenges
- Must have demonstrated leadership, communication, and human relations' skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- A thorough knowledge of electrical theory in both A.C. and D.C. electrical circuits is preferred.
Compensation
- $105,100.00 - $162,900.00
- At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees.
- Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise.
- We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered.
- Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
