Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform
Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail
Help evolve design patterns and systems as the product scales
Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent.

4+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information

Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it
Experience designing AI-powered products or systems
Small, tight-knit team with real ownership and accountability
Fast feedback loops and real users at global scale
A front-row seat to how AI-native products are being built
